I offer free consultations on a donation basis for those seeking guidance in breathwork, meditation, and daily practices. These sessions are an opportunity to explore where you’re at, what you feel you need, and how these tools can support you in creating meaningful change.

You can book either a 30-minute or 60-minute session, where we’ll focus on practical approaches to self-regulation, emotional well-being, and deepening your connection with breath and presence.
