These longer meditations follow the natural groupings of the 16 exercises of mindful breathing, as taught by Thầy and rooted in the Ānāpānasati Sutta.

Each tetrad invites you into a continuous stream of awareness, moving gently through body, feeling, mind, and insight. They are woven from the individual steps but offered here as longer flows—for those moments when you want to sit more deeply, and let the breath carry you further.
